Hands-on Commercial Project
TOMATO is a hands-on project with BLACKBRUNO acting as the Marketing and Commercial Department, we recreated and redesigned the menu, brand identity, operational protocols, and business intelligence.
Our first step was to define TOMATO:
Farm to Table is a growing movement, and TOMATO is the O.G. of this movement in Panama. As local and seasonal food consumption becomes increasingly popular among food enthusiasts and health-conscious consumers, our brand is categorized as Local Contemporary Casual Dining.
We are committed to reinterpreting the Farm to Table movement by using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, taking the Eat Better, Live Better philosophy to another level. Our emphasis on seasonal ingredients creates new fanfare and sets us apart in the dining landscape.
